Tareas del orientador en el nivel educativo secundario venezolano y contexto situacional actual

Abstract

Se presenta los resultados de una indagación que tuvo como objetivo principal proponer un cuadro de tareas que conforme el ejercicio de las funciones específicas del orientador en el nivel educativo secundario, deducidas del análisis de tres fuentes principales; 1- Las funciones establecidas por los fundamentos legales que delimitan su desempeño, 2- La opinión de orientadores expertos y 3- Las exigencias situacionales que determinan el actual momento histórico que se vive en el país y en el mundo.

This paper presents the results of an investigation whose main objective was to propose a table of tasks that conforms the exercise of the specific functions of the Guidance Counselor in the secondary educational level, deduced from the analysis of three main sources; 1- The functions established by the legal foundations that delimit their performance, 2- The opinion of expert Guidance Counselors and 3- The situational demands that determine the current historical moment that is lived in the country and in the world.
