Impacto del capital estructural en el comportamiento exportador

Abstract

El objetivo de este paper es el análisis del impacto del capital estructural en el comportamiento exportador empresarial, haciendo una distinción mediante la agrupación de empresas por el nivel del capital humano que poseen. Para el análisis empírico se utilizó datos procedentes de la ESEE y realizando modelos de regresión Tobit. Los resultados muestran que el capital estructural es más persistente y genera mayores cambios en el comportamiento exportador en las empresas con un elevado nivel de capital humano.

The objective of this paper is the analysis of the impact of structural capital in the exporting behavior of the company, making a distinction through the grouping of companies by the level of human capital they possess. The empirical analysis is carried out using data from the ESEE and performing Tobit regression models. The results show that structural capital is more persistent and generate greater changes in export behavior in companies with a high level of human capital.
