UNA APROXIMACIÓN HACIA LA INTERNACIONALIZACIÓN DE LAS INSTITUCIONES DE EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR DESDE LA TEORÍA ORGANIZACIONAL

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo abordar la internacionalización de las instituciones educativas desde la perspectiva de la teoría organizacional, con un enfoque crítico-reflexivo. En un primer momento se define la conceptualización de la internacionalización de la Educación Superior, para luego describir ésta y su estructura organizacional; en un segundo momento, se expone la planeación estratégica de los procesos, la cultura organizacional y los riesgos que conlleva internacionalizar las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES). Asimismo, este trabajo servirá de impulso para futuras investigaciones teóricas ligadas a la sinergia que existe entre la internacionalización y el cambio organizacional.

This project aims to approach the internationalization of educational institutions from the perspective of organizational theory, with a critical-reflective approach. At first, the conceptualization of the internationalization of Higher Education is defined in order to describe this and its organizational structure later; secondly, the strategic planning of the processes, the organizational culture, and the risks involved in internationalizing Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are presented. Likewise, this work will serve as an impulse for future theoretical research linked to the synergy that exists between internationalization and organizational change.

Cette étude a comme objectif aborder l’internalisation des institutions éducatives dès la perspective de la théorie organisationnelle, avec une approche critique-réflexive. Dans un premier moment, la conceptualisation de l’internalisation de l’Enseignement Supérieur est définie,, pour après la décrire et sa structure organisationnelle; dans un second moment, la planification stratégique des processus, la culture organisationnelle et les risques que l’internalisation implique dans l’Enseignement Supérieur (IES) sont présentés. De même, cette étude servira comme impulsion pour de futures recherches théoriques liées à la synergie qui existe entre l’internalisation et le changement organisationnel.
