La minería y su impacto económico y ambiental: desarrollo de los pasivos ambientales mineros en Colombia

Abstract

La minería es una actividad considerada potencial económico por su alta influencia en el mundo. Por ello, el objetivo del trabajo fue brindar una sinopsis del sector y su desarrollo a nivel global, continental (América Latina) y nacional (Colombia), donde, a su vez, a este último, se le brindó prioridad en cuanto al comportamiento productivo, económico y ambiental durante la última década. La información está dada por la recopilación de datos de investigaciones previas y estadísticas de entidades oficiales.

Mining is an activity considered as economic potential due to its high influence in the world. For this reason, the objective of this article was to provide a synopsis of the development of the sector at the global, continental (Latin America), and national (Colombia) levels, where in thum , for the latter, priority was given to the production and the economic and environmental behavior the last decade. The information is based on the compilation of data from previous research and statistics from official entities.
