Telerehabilitación funcional en entornos virtuales interactivos como propuesta de rehabilitación en pacientes con discapacidad

Abstract

Las condiciones de discapacidad cada vez son más comunes en la población, es por esto que permanentemente se está evolucionando en el diseño e implementación de sistemas de telerehabilitación funcional en entornos virtuales interactivos y tecnologías biomédicas, que puedan ser adicionados por las entidades prestadoras de servicio de salud. La identificación de investigaciones en el tema, permite conocer los avances tecnológicos que se están utilizando en la rehabilitación y de esta forma poder analizar si existe evidencia científica que demuestre que estas alternativas de tratamiento ayudan a mejorar la condición de salud de los pacientes.

Disability conditions are becoming more common in the population, which is why telemedicine are constantly evolving in the design and implementation of a functional telerehabilitation system based on interactive virtual environments and biomedical technologies, which can be added by the service providers of health. The identification of research in the subject, allows to know the technological advances that are being used in neurological rehabilitation and in this way to be able to analyze if there is scientific evidence that allow us that these treatment alternatives help to improve the health condition of patients.
