LA GERENCIA POLÍTICA DESDE EL APRENDIZAJE PERMANENTE DE LOS ACTORES SOCIALES

Abstract

La sociedad actual se mueve velozmente, producto de las nuevas tecnologías de información y comunicación. Tal dinámica cambió la forma y concepción de las organizaciones para enrumbarlas hacia amplios horizontes y hacerlas más eficientes. Esa nueva realidad está basada en el abordaje de múltiples niveles de conocimiento sobre criterios de incertidumbre, flexibilidad, dialogicidad y experiencias vivenciales de los actores sociales de manera permanente. Dentro de este contexto se enmarca la gerencia política, dinamizada por sujetos individuales y colectivos que tienen diversos intereses, ideas y visiones, lo que conlleva a establecer conflictos o alianzas, según las circunstancias. El ensayo tiene como objetivo reflexionar críticamente sobre la gerencia política desde el aprendizaje permanente de los actores sociales. Para ello, se realiza un recorrido dialógico y dialéctico que considera la importancia de abordar el mundo interior de los actores sociales y su realidad múltiple para interactuar en la gerencia política. Se asume que, solo desde el diálogo entre posturas disímiles, se generan nuevas estrategias que hagan de la gerencia política un proceso más eficiente, humano, comprensible del otro y capaz de mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos. Today’s society is moving fast, a product of new information and communication technologies. Such dynamics changed the way organizations are conceived to turn them into broad horizons that allow them to be efficient. This new reality is based on the approach of multiple levels of knowledge on criteria of uncertainty, flexibility, dialogue and experiential experiences of social actors on a permanent basis. Within this context the political management is framed, energized by individual and collective subjects that have diverse interests, ideas and visions, which leads to establish conflicts or alliances, depending on the circumstances. The article aims to interpret the political management from the permanent learning of the social actors. To do so, is a Dialogic tour and dialectic which considers the importance of tackling the inner world of the social actors and their multiple reality to interact in political management. It is assumed that only from the dialogue between dissimilar positions generated new strategies that make political management process more efficient, human, understandable from the other and able to improve the quality of life of the citizens.
