Condiciones ergonómicas del puesto de trabajo del docente de educación física, en la Unidad Educativa Nacional El Viñedo Maracay

Abstract

El propósito del estudio fue evaluar el puesto de trabajo del docente de educación física, que Labora en la Unidad Educativa Nacional del Barrio San Vicente, Maracay Estado Aragua. Es una investigación descriptiva de campo, con enfoque cuali–cuantitativo de la actividad de trabajo del docente; a través de una muestra no probabilística; los métodos usados fueron la entrevista y la observación. Se aplicó la entrevista, realizando un encuentro con el docente utilizando el método (DÉPARIS) Diagnóstico participativo de riesgos profesionales; obteniendo: Insatisfacción (72%), que amerita cambios (30%) y condición de satisfacción (20 %). Para la observación se aplicó el método (REBA) RAPID ENTIRE BODY ASSESSMENT donde los niveles fueron: bajo (2), bajo (2) y medio (4). En la identificación de dolor y fatiga, las zonas: cervical, lumbar y extremidades inferiores se presentaron con molestias y dolor a menudo. En conclusión, es necesaria la promoción de la salud laboral del trabajador.

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the work position of the physical education teacher, who works at the National Educational Unit of Barrio San Vicente, Maracay, Aragua State. It is a descriptive field research, with a quali-quantitative approach of the teacher's work activity; through a non-probabilistic sample; the methods used were the interview and observation. The interview was applied, conducting a meeting with the teacher using the method (DÉPARIS) Participative diagnosis of professional risks; obtaining: Dissatisfaction (72%), that merits changes (30%) and condition of satisfaction (20%). For the observation, the RAPID ENTIRE BODY ASSESSMENT (REBA) method was applied, where the levels were: low (2), low (2) and medium (4). In the identification of pain and fatigue, the areas: cervical, lumbar and lower extremities were often presented with discomfort and pain. In conclusion, the promotion of the worker's occupational health is necessary.
