Necesidades formativas en tutores universitarios del área de psicología

Abstract

Se describe el proceso de una investigación cuyo objetivo es identificar necesidades formativas en tutores de la carrera de psicología de cuatro instituciones pertenecientes al Consorcio de Universidades Mexicanas. La metodología utilizada fue de corte mixto con diseño exploratorio, efectuando una recolección y análisis de datos bibliográficos, documentales y empíricos a través de grupos focales para la construcción de un instrumento para posteriormente, a través de su aplicación, poder identificar las dimensiones y aportar al campo formativo con la propuesta de una guía temática relativa a las áreas básicas de capacitación para el tutor de educación superior.

The process of an investigation whose objective is to identify training needs in tutors of the psychology career of four institutions belonging to the Consortium of Mexican Universities is described. The methodology used was of mixed cut with exploratory design, carrying out a collection and analysis of bibliographic, documentary and empirical data through focus groups for the construction of an instrument for later, through its application, to identify the dimensions and contribute to the training field with the proposal of a thematic guide relative to the basic areas of training for the tutor of higher education.
