Propuesta para asegurar la calidad de los servicios administrativos en establecimientos recreativos al gestionar el talento, caso de estudio

Abstract

Se exponen resultados al diseñar, documentar e implementar enfoque de talento humano, orientada a la gestión de la calidad para el éxito de los servicios en establecimientos recreativos y esparcimiento. Se logra documentar, diseñar, aplicar el manual desde la mejora continua en los procesos. El aporte en esta investigación es el aporte de manual para gestión del talento humano en calidad de herramienta gerencial para la oportuna toma decisiones y gestión de procesos. Se valida la eficacia del manual.

They are shown results of the design, documentation and implementation of management for quality management, to achieve the success of services in entertainment establishments. It is managed to gather documentary evidence, to lay plans, to apply the human talent manual oriented to quality management assuming continuous improvement in the processes. The contribution in the present investigation is the human talent vision itself, assumed as tool related for the opportune take decisions and managing the process. The efficacy of the suggested human talent manual and possible generalization according to entrepreneurial context are validated key words.
