Determinantes del aprendizaje organizacional en una Institución de Educación Superior (IES) desde la percepción docente

Abstract

El estudio que busca analizar y comprender el aprendizaje organizacional de los profesores en el Tecnológico Nacional de México Coatzacoalcos, en el estado de Veracruz-México, corresponde a una investigación de tipo descriptivo y empírico-analítico. La información se analiza desde la perspectiva cualitativa y cuantitativa de tipo transversal, con un índice de aspecto investigativo y determinado con un corte único en el tiempo correspondiente al semestre agosto-diciembre 2022. Los principales resultados indican que los profesores perciben el aprendizaje organizacional pero manifiestan la necesidad de liderazgo y visión, recursos y enfrentar las barreras del aprendizaje.

The study corresponds to a descriptive and empirical-analytical type of research, the information is analyzed from a qualitative and quantitative perspective of a cross-sectional type, with an index of investigative aspect and determined with a single cut in time corresponding to the semester August- December 2022. The main results indicate that professors perceive organizational learning at the National Technology Campus Coatzacoalcos, but they manifest the need for leadership and vision, resources, and facing learning barriers.
