La importancia del docente: gestión eficaz del aula

Abstract

La presente investigación centra su estudio en la gestión del aula analizando las características de los docentes que trabajan en escuelas fiscales de la provincia de Carchi. La misma que consigió promedios iguales o superiores al promedio nacional en todo el Ecuador, según los resultados obtenidos en las pruebas SER ESTUDIANTE de INEVAL (2015). Para obtener los resultados se utilizó el método cualitativo, considerando que la provincia se caracteriza por un elevado índice de pobreza.

The present investigation centers its study in the management of the classroom analyzing the characteristics of the teachers who work in Public schools of the Carchi province. The same that got averages equal or superior to the national average in Ecuador, according to the results obtained in the tests SER ESTUDIANTE of INEVAL (2015). To obtain the results, it was used the qualitative method, considering that the province is characterized by a high index of poverty.
