Internship at the Cultural, Scientific and Technological free Zone of Mérida - ZOLCCYT

Abstract

In this report, I briefly present my work experience as an Information Assistant at the Office of Computing and Telecommunications in the ZOLCCYT. The report is divided into four sections: the first part presents the profile of the Host Institution with the main characteristics that identify its functioning. The second section offers a description of the assignments I undertook during my internship. In the third part the reflection essay describes the tasks performed which were mainly related to the proofreading of the Spanish content of the ZOLCCYT website and the writing of a free version of the English one. Finally, I provided the main conclusions of this learning process, describing how the internship had a positive effect on me followed by some recommendations to the School of Modern Language as well as to the ZOLCCYT as the Host Institution.
