Modelo de medición de los tiempos de procesos de un terminal de pasajeros aéreos: caso Chile

Abstract

Chile ha tenido un importante crecimiento del sistema aeroportuario, generando un desajuste entre la dimensión de la infraestructura de los terminales de pasajeros y la cantidad de usuarios. Una solución a este problema es medir los procesos críticos, para lo cual se creó un modelo de medición que permitirá, en los los proyectos de arquitectura aeroportuaria, calcular las superficies necesarias con el menor uso de recursos y aportando un alto nivel de satisfacción a los usuarios

Chile has had significant growth in the airport system, generating a mismatch between the size of the infrastructure of passenger terminals and the number of users. To solve this problem, it is necessary to measure the critical processes, this research creating a measurement model for these. With this input, architecture calculates the necessary surfaces with the least use of resources and delivering a high level of satisfaction to users. This work achieves results by creating an applicable model.
