A visão da comunidade escolar sobre a participação dos pais na gestão da escola

Abstract

O presente trabalho descreve o estudo que buscou compreender as perspectivas de participação dos pais na gestão de uma escola pública catarinense a partir da comunidade escolar. Realça, também, que da análise do Projeto Político-Pedagógico da escola (análise documental) e entrevista com os pesquisados emergiram a participação representativa (a mais proeminente), a informativa e a direta (a menos evidenciada). Tece, ainda, considerações sobre a problemática que envolve a concretização da gestão escolar na perspectiva sociocrítica no contexto da escola pesquisada

This article describes the study that sought to understand the parental participation perspectives, in the management of a public school in Santa Catarina, from the school community. It also emphasizes that from the analysis of the School's Political-Pedagogical Project (documentary analysis) and interview with the researched, emerged the representative participation (the most prominent), the informative and the direct (less evidenced). It also makes considerations about the problematic that involves the accomplishment of the school management from the sociocritical perspective in the context of the researched school.
