dc.descriptionThe general purpose is to strengthen the functions of the community service advisor of the Department of Community Work in the ADI-UNEFM Modality Medicine Program. It is framed in the critical reflexive paradigm under the participatory action research method. The social subjects that participate as co-researchers in all the phases of the process of this study: advisory teachers, Coordinators, of the Department of Community Work of the Medicine Program under the ADI-UNEFM modality and Director of the Medicine and Dean Program ( a) of the Health Sciences Area. Information gathering techniques were used: brainstorming, SWOT matrix, problem tree, unstructured interviews, participant observation. The certified teachers of the Health Sciences area of the UNEFM will be integrated into the advisory team of the Coordination of the referred area, and will continue their continuous training process, developing with the students the community service projects.en-US
dc.descriptionEl propósito general es Fortalecer las funciones del asesor del servicio comunitario del Departamento de Trabajo Comunitario en el Programa de Medicina Modalidad ADI-UNEFM. Se enmarca en el paradigma crítico reflexivo bajo el método  de la investigación acción participativa. Los sujetos sociales que participan como coinvestigadores en todas las fases del proceso de este estudio: docentes asesores, Coordinadores, del  Departamento Servicio de Trabajo Comunitario del Programa de Medicina bajo la modalidad ADI-UNEFM y Director (a) del Programa de Medicina y Decano (a) del Área Ciencias de la Salud. Se emplearon como técnicas de recolección de información: la lluvia de ideas, matriz FODA, árbol del problema, entrevistas no estructuradas, observación participante. Los docentes certificados del área Ciencias Salud de la UNEFM serán integrados al equipo de asesores de la Coordinación del área referida, y continuarán su proceso de capacitación continua, desarrollando con los estudiantes los proyectos de servicio comunitario.es-ES
