dc.descriptionThe main objective of the project is to determine the main training needs of the teachers of the “República del Ecuador” Educational Unit in the city of Cuenca. The research is descriptive, non-experimental, with a mixed and cross-sectional cohort approach; where for the information to emerge, interviews were conducted with directors and former directors, and surveys of 55 teachers of the institution. After the identification of the scenario and the conditions on the training requirements, as well as the methodology and resources, a teacher training plan was developed at the institutional level in order for teachers to apply these new learnings with their students through their competence and in the attempt to achieve meaningful knowledge; in other words, the ultimate intention of the training.en-US
dc.descriptionEl proyecto tiene por objetivo principal determinar las principales necesidades de capacitación en los docentes de la Unidad Educativa “República del Ecuador” de la ciudad de Cuenca. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva no experimental con un enfoque mixto y de cohorte transversal; en donde para el surgimiento de la información se efectuaron entrevistas a directivos y a ex directivos, y encuestas a 55 docentes de la institución. Posterior a la identificación del escenario y las condiciones sobre los requerimientos de formación, así como la metodología y recursos, se elaboró un plan de capacitación docente a nivel institucional con el fin de que los maestros apliquen estos nuevos aprendizajes con sus estudiantes a través de su competencia y en el intento de lograr conocimientos significativos; es decir la intencionalidad ultima de la capacitación.es-ES
