dc.descriptionThe objective of this article is to analyze in what way Basic Education teachers used the Microsoft Teams platform, the challenges in the use of this technological tool. Methodologically descriptive. Consequently, the problems caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, which caused a change from face-to-face education to virtual learning, it should be noted that the results reflected that the teachers were not trained in a timely manner to continue in the teaching-learning process. For this reason, it was evidenced that general basic educators need to be trained in the use of this educational digital platform to continue teaching their classes.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar de qué manera docentes de Educación Básica, utilizaron la plataforma Microsoft Teams, los retos en el uso de esta herramienta tecnológica. Metodológicamente de tipo descriptiva. En consecuencia, la problemática provocada por la pandemia del COVID-19, la cual ocasionó un cambio de la educación presencial al aprendizaje de manera  virtual, cabe indicar que  los resultados reflejaron que los  profesores no fueron capacitados oportunamente para continuar en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, por tal motivo, se evidenció que los educadores de básica general,  necesitan capacitarse en el uso de esta plataforma digital educativa para continuar impartiendo sus clases.es-ES
