dc.descriptionThe general objective of the study was to analyze the incidence of the use of Virtual Learning Objects as a didactic tool in the teaching-learning process of the subject language and literature in first year high school students of the Unidad Educativa Fiscal Manta, located in the city of Manta, province Manabí - Ecuador. We worked with a descriptive and transversal quantitative methodology with a non-experimental design, in a population of 73 students of the first year of technical high school. The use of OVA improved the students' academic performance; according to data from the surveys conducted, 84% revealed that their grades improved due to the use of these tools. Also, 97.26% indicated that the use of the Internet is very important for educational processes. OVA are modern tools, to improve the teaching - learning process, these motivate students to improve academically.en-US
dc.descriptionEl objetivo general del estudio fue analizar la incidencia del uso de los Objetos Virtuales de Aprendizaje como herramienta didáctica en el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje de la asignatura lengua y literatura en estudiantes de primero de bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Manta, ubicada en la ciudad de Manta, provincia Manabí – Ecuador. Se trabajó con una metodología cuantitativa de tipo descriptiva y transversal con un diseño no experimental, en una población de 73 estudiantes de primero de bachillerato técnico. El uso de los OVA mejoró el desempeño académico en los estudiantes; según datos de las encuestas realizadas, el 84% revela que sus calificaciones mejoraron por utilización de estas herramientas. También el 97,26% indicaron que el uso del internet es muy importante para los procesos educativos. Los OVA son herramientas modernas, para mejorar el proceso enseñanza – aprendizaje, estos motivan a los estudiantes mejorar académicamente.es-ES
