Uso de las estrategias de enseñanza aprendizaje por los docentes de geografía del noveno grado de educación básica : caso: Liceo Bolivariano "Luis López Méndez"

Abstract

El propósito de la presente investigación consiste en diseñar estrategias metodológicas orientadas a promover la enseñanza y aprendizaje de la Geografía en el Noveno Grado de Educación Básica. Para esto, se realizó una investigación de campo descriptiva y un proyecto factible no experimental. La población estuvo constituida por diez (10) secciones de treinta y cinco (35) estudiantes del Noveno Grado de educación básica, así como por diecinueve (19) docentes en Ciencias Sociales de la institución. La muestra fue intencional u opinático; conformada por diez (10) docentes y veinte (20) estudiantes; a quienes se aplicó cuestionarios, construidos bajo los parámetros de preguntas de alternativas de respuestas (reactivos de opción múltiple según Escala de Likert) y formuladas de acuerdo a las necesidades de información planteadas. Se concluyó que uno de los problemas confrontados en la enseñanza de la Geografía en dicha institución educativa, radica en la falta de implementación de nuevas estrategias como periódicos murales, salidas de campo, la utilización de programas como google earth, google maps, sim city entre otras; que permitan al docente proporcionar a los educandos la enseñanza de una Geografía renovada y significativa.

The intention of the present investigation consists of designing methodological strategies orientated to promoting the education and learning of the Geography in the Ninth Degree of Basic Education. For this, there was realized a descriptive investigation of field and a feasible not experimental project. The population was constituted by ten (10) sections of thirty and five (35) students of the Ninth degree of basic education, as well as by nineteen (19) educational ones in Social Sciences of the institution. The sample was intentional or opinatico shaped for ten (10) educational and twenty (20) students, who I aplly Questionnaires constructed under the parameters of questions of alternatives of answers (reactive of multiple option according to Scale of Likert) and formulated according to the raised necessities of information. One concluded that one of the problems confronted in the education of the Geography in the above mentioned educational institution, takes root in the lack of implementation of new strategies as wall newspapers, exits of field, the utilization of programs as google earth, google maps, sim city between others; that allow to the teacher to provide to the pupils the education of a renewed and significant Geography.
