La influencia de los distritos educativos en la labor docente en Carchi, Ecuador

Abstract

Según el Instituto Nacional de Evaluación Educativa (INEVAL), en los años 2013, 2014 y 2015 las escuelas de la provincia del Carchi obtuvieron los promedios más altos en las pruebas Ser Estudiante. Esta investigación se centró en la arquitectura institucional y su influencia en la obtención de las altas calificaciones. La investigación es descriptiva-analítica. Se realizó un análisis de 27 entrevistas relacionadas con la arquitectura institucional. Se constató que muchos docentes desconocen las funciones de la nueva organización del sistema educativo que todavía no parece estar cumpliendo con sus objetivos.

According to the National Institute of Educational Evaluation (INEVAL), in the years 2013, 2014 and 2015 the schools of the province of Carchi obtained the highest averages in the tests of SER ESTUDIANTE. This research focused on the institutional architecture and its influence on obtaining high marks. The research is descriptive-analytic. A qualitative and quantitative analysis of 27 interviews with Carchi teachers related to the institutional architecture was carried out. It was found that many teachers are unaware of the functions of the new organization of the education system that still does not seem to be fulfilling its objectives.
