Nivel de conocimiento del servicio de tutoría en docentes de la institución educativa secundaria «Mañazo», Perú

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimiento del servicio de tutoría que poseen los docentes que laboran en la institución educativa secundaria “Mañazo” durante el año escolar 2018. El diseño del estudio fue descriptivo – aplicado. La muestra estuvo conformada por 30 docentes (65%) que laboran en la institución educativa antes mencionada. Como resultado general se obtuvo que en el calificativo 15 se ubica la mayoría de los docentes, (50%) lo cual corresponde con el nivel Bueno.

The objective of this research was to determine the level of knowledge of the tutoring service that the teachers who work in the "Mañazo" secondary educational institution have during the 2018 school year. The design of the study was descriptive - applied. The sample consisted of 30 teachers (65%) who work in the aforementioned educational institution. As a general result, it was obtained that in the qualifier 15 most of the teachers are located, (50%) which corresponds to the Good level.
