O vínculo homem-trabalho-educação: Uma relação ontológica

Abstract

Apresentaremos neste artigo algumas contradições existentes na relação do trabalho e educação e o processo de objetivação do homem por meio dela. Apontaremos o sentido ontológico do trabalho; a influência da exploração do trabalho na educação; as contradições entre o discurso e as reais necessidades de uma mudança do status quo; a valorização expressa na remuneração condições de trabalho do professor, refletindo sobre a necessidade de um ensino voltado para as classes populares visando sua emancipação social e desideologização.
