dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este estudio fue identificar la relación de la motivación laboral extrínseca e intrínseca con el compromiso organizacional de los operadores de producción de la IME de Ciudad Juárez. Se trató de un estudio cuantitativo, de corte transversal, no experimental representada por 115 participantes. Los datos fueron analizados con SPSS 25 para su descripción y con SmartPLS 4 para la modelación estructural. Los resultados revelaron que la motivación intrínseca tiene una relación más alta con la variable dependiente.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study was to identify the relationship between extrinsic and intrinsic work motivation and the organizational commitment of production operators in the Ciudad Juárez IME. This was a quantitative, cross-sectional, non-experimental study represented by 115 participants. Data were analyzed with SPSS 25 for description and SmartPLS 4 for structural modeling.The results revealed revealed that intrinsic motivation has a higher relationship with the dependent variableen_US
