Las formas de tratamiento en los testimonios sefardíes aportados a los procesos judiciales de los tribunales rabínicos

Abstract

El presente trabajo forma parte de una investigación más amplia sobre la reconstrucción del sistema de tratamientos del judeoespañol a lo largo de su historia. En este caso, se pretenden analizar las formas documentadas en los testimonios en lengua vernácula aportados a los procesos judiciales de los tribunales rabínicos, los cuales corresponden, en gran medida, al siglo XVI, con el objeto de comprobar las similitudes y diferencias con el sistema empleado en el español de España en la misma época, así como examinar el grado de gramaticalización de estas formas lingüísticas.

The present study is a part of an investigation about the diachronic reconstruction of Judeo-Spanish address system. In this paper, I pretend to examine the address forms documented in the vernacular language testimonies contributed to the judicial processes of the rabbinical courts, which correspond mostly to the 16th century. The objective of this analyse is to check the differences and similarities with the general Spanish system used at that time. Furthermore, this investigation reviews the grammaticalization grade of these linguistics forms.
