Cuidados de enfermería dirigido a pacientes con ACV isquémico que reciben terapía trombolitica

Abstract

Objetivo: analizar los cuidados de enfermería dirigido a pacientes con ACV isquémico que reciben terapía trombolítica. Método: Descriptiva observacional. Resultados: El 29,3% conoce que le la dosis total de rt-PA es de 0,9 mg/Kg de peso corporal, la dosis inicial es del 10% se administraría en un bolo inicial, pero el 31,7% en este momento equivoca el proceso ya que la manera correcta de continuar es, el bolo inicial lo realizo en un minuto, valora por 5 minutos que no haga reacción alérgica al medicamento y procede con el total de la infusión por una hora lo confirma el 43,9% que siempre realiza el procedimiento. Conclusión: El paciente que recibe terapia trombolítica deberá estar monitorizado, aquí se incluirá (tensión arterial, frecuencia cardíaca, frecuencia respiratoria, saturación de oxígeno y temperatura corporal). Llevando un registro (historia clínica) para notificar de cualquier anormalidad al especialista a cargo del procedimiento.
