dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: evidenciar el grado de agotamiento profesional (Síndrome de Burnout) que puede darse en el personal de enfermería quienes laboran en el área de cuidados críticos del hospital “Alfredo Noboa Montenegro” de la cuidad de Guaranda durante la pandemia del COVID-19. Método: Descriptiva observacional. Resultados: El 50.0% del personal de enfermería encuestada presentó cansancio emocional alto durante la pandemia del COVID19, obteniendo valores entres 27 a 54 puntos. Conclusión: Se determinó una prevalencia notable del Síndrome de Burnout (SB), en el personal de enfermería que laboraron en el área de cuidados críticos durante el covi19, el SB es mayor en enfermeras, poseer una edad mayor a 35 años se asoció a una mayor prevalencia de sufrir el síndrome a diferencia de quienes no lo padecieron, los factores por los que se desarrolló el SB fueron la demanda excesiva de pacientes, la carga laboral, la responsabilidad de salvar vidas. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Objective : to demonstrate the degree of professional exhaustion (Burnout Syndrome) that can occur in nursing staff who work in the critical care area of the "Alfredo Noboa Montenegro" hospital in the city of Guaranda during the COVID 19 pandemic.
