Análisis bioético de los derechos del feto

Abstract

Objetivo: Analizar desde una óptica bioética los derechos del feto. Método: Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica de 15 artículos científicos y bioéticos. Conclusión: El ser humano empieza a existir desde la concepción hasta el día de su muerte, pero muchos artículos no toman en cuesta esta acotación dado que siempre se llega a desvelar por los de derechos de la mujer en este caso sería de la madre en el ecuador existe varios artículos dentro de la constitución que están hechos con el objetico de salvaguardar al no nacido para respetar todos sus derechos dentrodelasociedad. La importancia se tener en cuenta todos estos derechos existentes dentro de la constitución de la Republica del Ecuador, así como en el Consejo de derechos humanos es que el no nacido no sea rechazado por su madre y padre y pueda vivir en un ambiente armonioso, sin peleas, gritos, ruidos

Objective: To analyze the rights of the fetus from a bioethical point of view. Method: A bibliographic review of 15 scientific and bioethical articles was carried out. Conclusion: The human being begins to exist from conception until the day of his death, but many articles do not take into account this fact since it always comes to unveil the rights of women in this case would be of the mother in Ecuador there are several articles in the constitution that are made with the aim of safeguarding the unborn to respect all their rights within society. The importance of taking into account all these existing rights within the constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, as well as in the Human Rights Council is that the unborn child is not rejected by his mother and father and can live in a harmonious environment, without fights, screams, noises.
