| dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: analizar el sistema CAD/CAM en el campo de la prótesis removible en el diseño y confección. Método: Descriptiva documental, se revisaron 15 artículos publicados en PubMed y Scielo. Resultados y conclusión: El CAD-CAM ha transformado la fabricación de prótesis removibles, aportando mayor precisión, ajuste y eficiencia al proceso. Sus beneficios incluyen un ajuste óptimo, mayor comodidad para el paciente y una producción más rápida y uniforme.
