Significado filosófico del problema psicofísico

Abstract

El presente artículo es un resumen del capítulo 2 (de mi autoría) del libro "Dimensión histórico- filosófica del problema del hombre" (Lourdes Rensoli, Gladys Portuondo, Universidad de la Habana, 1991). Tiene como objetivo describir algunos aspectos sobresalientes de la relación entre la filosofía y las ciencias especiales (no filosóficas) en lo concerniente al tratamiento de la relación mente-cuerpo (problema psicofísico), al mismo tiempo que aborda sumariamente el tratamiento de este problema en la historia de la filosofía.

This article is a summary of the second chapter (which I authored) from the book "Historical-philosophical dimension of the problem of human condition" (Lourdes Rensoli, Gladys Portuondo, University of Havana, 1991). It aims to describe some outstanding aspects of the relationship between philosophy and special( non-philosophical) sciences regarding the interpretation of the mind-body problem, while summarily addressing the treatment of this problem through the History of Philosophy.
