Planificación y control en la gerencia de edificaciones utilizando la metodología virtual desing construction

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo aplicar nuevas herramientas tecnológicas en la gestión de la planificación y control en la construcción de viviendas multifamiliares; para ello, se realizó un estudio utilizando como método general el método científico y como método específico el método descriptivo explicativo. Se obtuvo una propuesta de planificación y control mediante una alternativa de trabajo aplicando nuevas tecnologías, mediante la metodología “Virtual Desing and Construction” aplicada a una vivienda multifamiliar, cumpliendo los estatutos y normativas establecidas para edificaciones.

The objective of this research is to apply new technological tools in the management of planning and control in the construction of multi-family homes; For this, a study was carried out using the scientific method as the general method and the explanatory descriptive method as the specific method. A planning and control proposal was obtained through a work alternative applying new technologies, through the "Virtual Design and Construction" methodology applied to a multi-family dwelling, complying with the statutes and regulations established for buildings.
