Políticas de reactivación económica y su influencia en la bancarización postpandemia covid-19

Abstract

Se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática bajo el enfoque PRISMA sobre investigaciones referentes a la bancarización postpandemia COVID-19, durante el período comprendido entre los años 2020 y primer semestre de 2023. El propósito fue conocer las características principales de las publicaciones registradas en base de datos Scopus y WoS con las variables propuestas, logrando la identificación de 57 publicaciones en total. El análisis permitió conocer el impacto que han generado las políticas de reactivación económica en la bancarización, después de la pandemia. Asimismo, como los bancos han institucionalizado ciertas medidas que han aumentado su productividad y percepción en el mercado.

A systematic review was carried out under the PRISMA approach on research related to post-COVID-19 pandemic banking, during the period between 2020 and the first half of 2023. The purpose was to know the main characteristics of the publications registered based on Scopus and WoS data with the proposed variables, achieving the identification of 57 publications in total. The analysis made it possible to understand the impact that economic reactivation policies have generated on banking use, after the pandemic. Likewise, how banks have institutionalized certain measures that have increased their productivity and perception in the market.
