Una mirada epistemológica a la crónica en el devenir histórico

Abstract

El devenir histórico de la crónica demanda un acercamiento investigativo oportuno a las principales posturas teóricas que fundamentan el carácter de la historia narrativa con la clara intencionalidad de reflexionar el pensamiento académico que ha consolidado el valor que tiene la escritura del cronista en su permanente lucha contra el olvido y la preservación de la memoria histórica patrimonial y los valores identitarios de la comunidad. En esta dirección, en el presente ensayo se desarrolló un diálogo intertextual e intersubjetivo con la intrahistoria, la microhistoria, la historia regional y local y los aspectos legales del oficio de los cronicadores en Venezuela a partir de un proceso cualitativo de investigación documental enmarcada en la dimensión epistemológica. De esa manera, seguí un procedimiento científico investigativo que me permitió hurgar y registrar las fuentes de información teórica referencial instauradas como sustento de este ensayo en el cual reflexiono sobre la importancia de la historia menuda como actividad humana edificante que hace posible la construcción y reconstrucción de la vida de la localidad en el ejercicio escritural.

The historical development of the chronicle demands a timely investigative approach to the main theoretical positions that underlie the character of narrative history with the clear intention of reflecting on the academic thought that has consolidated the value that the chronicler’s writing has in his permanent fight against the oblivion and the preservation of historical heritage memory and the identity values of the community. In this direction, this essay, an intertextual and intersubjective dialogue was developed with intrahistory, microhistory, regional and local history and the legal aspects of the chroniclers’ profession in Venezuela based on a qualitative process of documentary research framed in the epistemological dimension. In this way, I followed a scientific investigative procedure that allowed me to search and record the sources of theoretical reference information established as support for this essay that reflected on the importance of small history as an edifying human activity that makes the construction and reconstruction of life possible of the locality in the writing exercise.
