dc.description.abstractEl Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud en Colombia ha priorizado el aseguramiento, acceso y calidad, impactando el financiamiento y sostenibilidad del sistema. Esta investigación analiza la evolución de la literatura sobre Economía de la Salud en el país mediante un análisis bibliométrico de 92 documentos extraídos de Web of Science. Se identifican tendencias en formulación de políticas públicas con enfoque multisectorial y el uso de machine learning como herramienta para la toma de decisiones clínicasen_US
