dc.description.abstractEste estudio analiza la contaminación sonora causada por el tráfico vehicular en el emporio comercial de Gamarra (Perú), afectando la salud y calidad de vida. Se realizaron mediciones de ruido en 12 puntos estratégicos entre junio y julio de 2024, aplicando el modelo ARIMA para predecir su tendencia. Los resultados revelaron niveles de ruido superiores a los límites normativos, especialmente en horas pico. Se recomienda implementar medidas de mitigación para mejorar el entorno y bienestar de comerciantes y habitantes de la zona.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study analyzes noise pollution caused by vehicular traffic in the commercial area of Gamarra (Peru), affecting health and quality of life. Noise measurements were conducted at 12 strategic points between June and July 2024, applying the ARIMA model to predict its trend. The results revealed noise levels exceeding regulatory limits, especially during peak hours. It is recommended to implement mitigation measures to improve the environment and the well-being of both merchants and residents in the area.en_US
