Gerencia agrícola en tiempo de pandemia covid-19 Caso: cooperativa “el triunfo” de la red central cooperativa de Servicios sociales de lara (cecosesola)

Abstract

La intencionalidad de la investigación es generar una visión emergente de la gerencia de empresas agrícolas en tiempo de pandemia COVID-19. Desde los significados y sentidos que miembros de la Cooperativa de Alimentos “El Triunfo” atribuyen al estado de emergencia y cambios generados en la dinámica social para prevenir contagios y sus acciones para disminuir el impacto negativo en las finanzas y operaciones de la empresa. Con este fin se realizó esta investigación ubicada en el paradigma construccionista. El método la Teoría Fundamentada desde la perspectiva que propone la construcción interpretativa, según la cual el investigador tiene parte activa en la interpretación y comprensión del objeto de estudio. Las técnicas de recolección de información: la observación y entrevistas a profundidad. Las categorías que emergen son Cambio Organizacional, Gerencia Compartida Resiliente y Responsabilidad Social. Entre los hallazgos destacan grados de incertidumbres, aprendizaje acelerado del ser humano y una organización resiliente que toma decisiones con base en la construcción diaria de consensos colectivos.

The intention of the research is to generate an emerging vision of the management of agricultural companies in times of the COVID-19 pandemic. From the meanings and senses that members of the "El Triunfo" Food Cooperative attribute to the state of emergency and changes generated in the social dynamics to prevent contagion and their actions to reduce the negative impact on the finances and operations of the company. To this end, this research located in the constructionist paradigm is designed. The Grounded Theory method from the perspective who proposes the interpretive construction, according to which the researcher has an active part in the interpretation and understanding of the object of study. Information gathering techniques: observation and in-depth interviews. The categories that emerge are Organizational Change, Resilient Shared Management and Social Responsibility. Among the findings are degrees of uncertainty, accelerated learning of the human being and a resilient organization that makes decisions based on the daily construction of collective consensus.
