Hacia la responsabilidad social corporativa del líder visionario en Destilerías Unidas, S.A.

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como intencionalidad generar aportes teóricos comprensivos acerca de la responsabilidad social corporativa del líder visionario, que coadyuve al desarrollo humano sustentable en el escenario de la empresa Destilerías Unidas, S.A (DUSA), para contribuir al conocimiento sobre el fenómeno. Es una investigación cualitativa, direccionada por el paradigma interpretativo y método de la hermenéutica crítica. Apliqué entrevistas a profundidad a dos actores sociales, gerentes en el contexto indagado, las cuales fueron transcritas, codificadas y categorizadas para ser interpretadas y trianguladas desde sus voces. El regreso al actor social y la triangulación dan cuenta a la credibilidad y legitimidad del conocimiento. Los hallazgos asocian al liderazgo visionario con el sentido y significado que le atribuyen los actores sociales a la perspectiva de futuro espontáneo, proyección de la ética sobre la responsabilidad social (RS), política participativa, cambio de misión y visión, hacer futuro desde la planificación y el valor de las experiencias desarrolladas. Reflexivamente, concluyo que una orientación socialmente responsable en la organización contribuye a la emergencia de un liderazgo visionario participativo con visión para planificar el devenir social y empresarial

This research aims to generate comprehensive theoretical contributions about the visionary leader's corporate social responsibility, which contributes to sustainable human development in the scenario of the company Destilerías Unidas, S.A (DUSA), to contribute to knowledge about the phenomenon. It is a qualitative investigation, directed by the interpretive paradigm and method of critical hermeneutics. I applied in-depth interviews to two social actors, managers in the context investigated, which were transcribed, coded and categorized to be interpreted and triangulated from their voices. The return to the social actor and triangulation account for the credibility and legitimacy of knowledge. The findings associate visionary leadership with the sense and meaning that social actors attribute to the perspective of spontaneous future, projection of ethics on social responsibility (SR), participatory politics, change of mission and vision, making the future from planning and the value of the experiences developed. Reflectively, I conclude that a socially responsible orientation in the organization contributes to the emergence of a participatory visionary leadership with a vision to plan the social and business future
