Semillero estudiantil de investigación “bosquejo urbano”. Una estrategia de fortalecimiento para estudiantes y docentes

Abstract

La educación venezolana atraviesa una crisis de estructura y contenido, los docentes y estudiantes tratan de mantener un nivel educativo óptimo. Si se toma cuenta las necesidades más profundas de estos procesos, consideramos prudente incluir el elevar el nivel académico participativo de los protagonistas del proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje, en ese sentido, surge los semilleros estudiantiles descritos como grupos de estudiantes que crean espacios, tejen redes, desarrollan actividades académicas, representando un componente innovador permanente de las transformaciones curriculares. Es por ello que se propone analizar la implementación de algunos cambios, que promuevan el cierre de la brecha entre los estudiantes y sus técnicas de estudio, desarrollando la innovación de los docentes a través de sus estrategias pedagógicas y reinventando el proceso de investigación. Desde el punto de vista metodológico, la investigación se desarrolló con una mirada auto correctiva, y progresiva, combinando la investigación documental con la de campo. Los hallazgos preliminares de la investigación se pueden mencionar, la estimulación y desarrollo en estudiantes y tutores-docentes, con mayor capacidad investigativas críticas y la mayor capacidad de búsqueda de información, todo ello con base a la construcción de estructuras narrativas y de conocimiento a través de charlas y lecturas, los docentes-tutores, mediante correcciones y sugerencias contribuyeron en cada una de las fases de investigación cumpliendo rol de facilitadores y guías.

Venezuelan education is going through a crisis of structure and content, teachers and students try to maintain an optimal educational level. If the deepest needs of these processes are taken into account, we consider it prudent to include raising the participatory academic level of the protagonists of the teaching-learning process, in this sense, student seedbeds arise, described as groups of students who create spaces, weave networks, they develop academic activities, representing a permanent innovative component of the curricular transformations. That is why it is proposed to analyze the implementation of some changes, which promote the closing of the gap between students and their study techniques, developing the innovation of teachers through their pedagogical strategies and reinventing the research process. From the methodological point of view, the research was developed with a self-correcting and progressive approach, combining documentary research with field research. The preliminary findings of the investigation can be mentioned, the stimulation and development in students and tutors-teachers, with greater critical investigative capacity and the greater capacity for searching for information, all based on the construction of narrative and knowledge structures through of talks and readings, the teachers-tutors, through corrections and suggestions, contributed in each of the research phases fulfilling the role of facilitators and guides.
