Abstract

La investigación a estudiar se enmarca en la manera en la cual se debe formar al Participante Ueserrista en un contexto donde confluyan Universidad y Comunidad; en la participación, en compartir sus experiencias aportando lo adecuado para la adaptación de los Programas de Formación administrados en las Universidades, donde exista una vivencia que justifique el hacer y se evidencie el no Ser. Desde el hacer: ¿para qué? y el beneficio que se obtendrá de dichos Programas de Formación para el crecimiento tanto Social, Cultural, Espiritual, Económico, Político, Educativo y en cuanto al no Ser, que obtenga posibilidades, que se visibilice, que se valore que existan oportunidades iguales según sus necesidades y de acuerdo a sus potencialidades. Se sustenta bajo un enfoque cualitativo con un pragmatismo en su vertiente sociologista derivada del materialismo dialéctico, y desarrollada en el campo de las ciencias sociales por Fals Borda, cuyo método es la Investigación Acción participativa. Por hacer énfasis en el tema a abordar, se apoyará en el uso de técnicas cualitativas para la recolección de información y el momento dialectico desde la vertiente de Marx, como es: investigar estudiando a la sociedad, en constante cambio. En este caso se le agrega, con y para la sociedad en común unidad. Tanto la episteme como el momento dialectico darán el salto hacia la vinculación del investigador con el medio, de donde emergerá el no Ser en el mundo de la totalidad de sus experiencias, de hecho, se fundamenta en la teoría del Interaccionismo Simbólico.

The research to be studied is framed in the way in which the Ueserrista Participant must be trained in a context where University and Community converge; in the participation, in sharing their experiences providing the appropriate for the adaptation of the Training Programs administered in the Universities, where there is an experience that justifies the doing and the non-Being is evidenced. From doing: for what? and the benefit that will be obtained from these Training Programs for social, cultural, spiritual, economic, political, educational growth and in terms of non-being, that obtains possibilities, that is made visible, that it is valued that there are equal opportunities according to their needs and according to their potentialities. It is based on a qualitative approach with a pragmatism in its sociological aspect derived from dialectical materialism, and developed in the field of social sciences by Fals Borda, whose method is Participatory Action Research. By emphasizing the subject to be addressed, it will rely on the use of qualitative techniques for the collection of information and the dialectic moment from the side of Marx, such as: investigating by studying society, in constant change. In this case it is added, with and for society in common unity. Both the episteme and the dialectic moment will make the leap towards the link of the researcher with the environment, from where the non-Being will emerge in the world of the totality of his experiences, in fact, it is based on the theory of Symbolic Interactionism.
