La configuración de las políticas cinematográficas en el contexto contemporáneo

Abstract

El texto pretende realizar una breve aproximación al concepto de política cultural y al giro que ha tenido a partir de las exigencias que han irrumpido en la contemporaneidad. En segundo lugar, abordar la industria cinematográfica a través de su papel como arte e industria en el marco de la globalización. Para finalizar, conceptualizar la política cinematográfica a partir de los mecanismos de fomento del Estado y su papel como facilitador para el desarrollo de la actividad cinematográfica en el marco del Siglo XXI.

This work intends to present an approximation to the concept of cultural policies and the turn it has taken from the demands that have burst into contemporaneity. Second, the film industry is approached through its role as art and industry in the framework of globalization. Finally, the cinematographic policy is conceptualized from the mechanisms of promotion of the State and its role as a facilitator for the development of the cinematographic activity in the framework of the Century XXI.
