El Tribunal Supremo de Justicia tropieza nuevamente con el enjuiciamiento de civiles por Tribunales Militares

Abstract

Se hace un análisis de sentencias en las que la Sala de Casación Penal del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia violó el principio del juez natural y ordenó juzgar a civiles por la jurisdicción militar, y aunque la Sala Constitucional al revisarlas, le solicitó cambiar sus decisiones, no tomó medida alguna, ni siquiera disciplinaria o alguna otra para evitar que esto siga ocurriendo en el futuro.

An analysis is conducted of rulings in which the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice violated the principle of the natural judge and ordered civilians to be tried under military jurisdiction. Although the Constitutional Chamber, upon reviewing these rulings, requested that the decisions be changed, no measures were taken, not even disciplinary ones or any other actions to prevent this from happening again in the future.
