Resumen
La Sala Electoral del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia, mediante sentencia
N° 122, de fecha 30 de octubre de 2023, admite a trámite un recurso contencioso
electoral con amparo cautelar y decreta medidas precautelativas; todo ello con
fundamento en un documento ilegal por ser éste una certificación de mera relación
y, además, fraudulento por la falsedad de su contenido. The Electoral Chamber of the Supreme Tribunal of Justice, through
judgment No. 122, dated October 30, 2023, admits a contentious electoral appeal
with precautionary protection and decrees precautionary measures; All this is
based on a document that is illegal because it is a mere administrative certification
and, in addition, fraudulent because of the falsity of its content.
