Breves comentarios acerca de los acuerdos binacionales en materia comercial, de transporte y de protección de inversiones suscritos entre Venezuela y Colombia hasta mayo

Abstract

En los primeros meses de 2023, las autoridades de la República de Colombia y la República Bolivariana de Venezuela han tenido varios acercamientos con el objetivo de reanudar las relaciones comerciales entre ambos países. En particular, se han logrado suscribir nuevos acuerdos internacionales, así como retomar algunos que ya habían sido negociados años anteriores. En este breve artículo, se comentarán y analizarán dichos acuerdos y sus implicaciones, así como se mencionarán aquellos que aún están pendientes de negociación y suscripción entre ambos países.

In the first months of 2023, the authorities of the Republic of Colombia and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela have had several approaches with the aim of renewing trade relations between the two countries. New international agreements have been signed, as well as some that had already been negotiated in previous years have been taking up again. These agreements and their indications will be discussed and analyzed in this brief article, as well as those that are still pending negotiation and subscription between both countries.
