Cerco Normativo a la Libertad de Asociación en Venezuela

Abstract

Análisis de cómo, a partir de la Constitución se han establecido mecanismos de limitación de la libertad de asociación contrarios a los estándares internacionales de derechos humanos, bajo el uso de diferentes excusas (organización del poder popular, lucha contra el lavado de capitales y el terrorismo) generándose así un entorno normativo hostil y regresivo contra esta libertad que dificulta la articulación de la sociedad civil organizada.

Analysis of how, based on the Constitution, mechanisms have been established to limit freedom of association contrary to international human rights standards, under the use of different excuses (organization of popular power, fight against money laundering and terrorism), thus generating a hostile and regressive regulatory environment against this freedom that hinders the articulation of organized civil society.
