La amenaza chilena de deconstrucción constitucional

Abstract

Los principios y disposiciones generales del proyecto de Constitución rechazado por los chilenos y que se dice aprobado por “diversas naciones” – así reza su texto – que conformarían en lo adelante al pueblo chileno, son los que expresan y muestran de modo palmario a su «proyecto axiológico». Se inscriben dentro de las tendencias desestructuradoras de la cultura de Occidente; tanto es así que al abordar el proyecto la cuestión de las relaciones internacionales de Chile como “expresión de soberanía”, ajusta en su artículo 14 – lógicamente como proyección de la tesis del Buen Vivir – que ello es así, sin que obste “el contacto y la cooperación transfronteriza entre pueblos indígenas. Se sobrepone, en efecto, la realidad ancestral, la Naturaleza en su integralidad y que todo lo metaboliza, al artificio de un Estado totalizante y jurisdiccional, al que se le consideraría pieza de museo.

The principles and general provisions of the draft Constitution rejected by Chileans and said to have been approved by "various nations" –- so says its text – that would henceforth shape the Chilean people, are those that express and show in a clear way their "axiological project". They are part of the de-structuring tendencies of Western culture; so much so that when the project addresses the issue of Chile's international relations as an "expression of sovereignty", it states in Article 14 – logically as a projection of the thesis of Good Living – that this is so, without hindering "cross-border contact and cooperation between indigenous peoples. In effect, ancestral reality, Nature in its entirety and that metabolizes everything, is superimposed on the artifice of a totalizing and jurisdictional State, which would be considered a museum piece.
