Abstract

Este artículo trata sobre la naturaleza del razonamiento jurídico, que corresponde hacer al juez al decidir todo proceso, en el procedimiento de elaboración de la sentencia, en el cual debe argumentar teniendo como norte la verdad y justicia.

This article deals with the nature of legal reasoning, which corresponds to the judge when deciding any process, in the procedure of preparation of the ruling, in which he must argue having as north the truth and justice.
