Abstract

Este artículo trata sobre la visión teológica del poder constituyente que ha conducido a un peligroso síndrome de patologías constitucionales, ignorando que el poder constituyente sólo es constitucionalmente admisible como poder de reforma, es decir, como poder constituido, encuadrado constitucionalmente.

This article deals with the theological vision of the constituent power that has led to a dangerous syndrome of constitutional pathologies, ignoring that the constituent power is only constitutionally admissible as a power of reform, that is, as a constituted power, framed constitutionally.
