Aspectos tributarios en la nueva Ley de Registros y Notarías

Abstract

La LRN es una clara expresión del proceder de la AN instalada el 5 de enero de 2021, signado por la flagrante violación de garantías y derechos constitucionales relativos al proceso legislativo y al sistema tributario. La falta de consulta pública, la sustitución de la Unidad Tributaria por el Petro y el fraude constitucional sostenido al negarle a los municipios el producido del impuesto a las transacciones inmobiliarias son muestra del talante de legislador actual.

The LRN is a clear expression of the performance that the Venezuelan National Assembly has been registering since January 5th, 2021. Its record has been characterized by the violation of constitutional guaranties and rights, not only, related to the legislative procedure, but also, with the tax system. The lack of public consultation, the substitution of the Tax Unit by the Petro and the constitutional fraud against the municipalities are some of the expressions of the behavior of the current Venezuelan legislators.
