Abstract

Este estudio cásico del profesor Liet-Veaux define el concepto fraude a la Constitución partiendo del análisis de las experiencias constitucionales ocurridas en Europa en los años anteriores a la II Guerra Mundial, que condujeron al ascenso al poder de regímenes fascistas en Italia, Alemania y Francia, precisamente por la manipulación y fraude a las Constituciones entonces vigentes.

This classic study by Professor Liet-Veaux defines the concept of fraud to the Constitution based on the analysis of the constitutional experiences that occurred in Europe in the years before the Second World War, which led to the rise to power of fascist regimes in Italy, Germany and France, precisely because of the manipulation and fraud of the Constitutions then in force.
