Despertar organizacional en Venezuela: Bases para una nueva visión intelectual

Abstract

La pretensión de indagar sobre la génesis de los estudios organizacionales en Venezuela, más que por razón de historicidad fenomenológica, responde a la responsabilidad epistemológica de propiciar espacios de genuina reconstrucción de conocimientos que respondan a la liberación creativa del investigador social latinoamericano. Se ha sobrevenido una carga teorética innecesaria y, además, infructuosa que requiere atención inmediata. Se intenta hacer un recuento de hechos que más que sugerir una prospectiva ordenada y coherente de situaciones sociales y organizacionales, intenta romper la linealidad del tiempo, consecuentemente utilizada para narrar el hecho organizacional y administrativo, atenuado de generalidades, con la finalidad de redescubrir la naturaleza epistémica y metodológica necesaria para estudiar acertadamente las organizaciones en Venezuela y Latinoamérica. Los insumos, que en primera instancia deberán ser estrictamente inductivos, atemporales y muy focalizados, servirán de retroalimentación a la Red Venezolana de Estudios Organizacionales (Red-Veo).

The intention of inquiring about the genesis of organizational studies in Venezuela, more than for reasons of phenomenological historicity, responds to the epistemological responsibility of promoting spaces for the genuine reconstruction of knowledge that respond to the creative liberation of the Latin American social researcher. An unnecessary and, moreover, fruitless theoretical burden has arisen that requires immediate attention. An attempt is made to make a recount of facts that, rather than suggesting an orderly and coherent perspective of social and organizational situations, tries to break the linearity of time, consequently used to narrate the organizational and administrative fact, attenuated by generalities, to rediscover the epistemic and methodological nature necessary to accurately study organizations in Venezuela and Latin America. The inputs, which in the first instance must be strictly inductive, timeless and very focused, will serve as feedback to the Venezuelan Network of Organizational Studies (Red-Veo).
