La Asamblea Nacional Constituyente vino para quedarse

Abstract

Este trabajo analiza cómo la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente que se instaló írritamente en 2017 y que quedó disuelta el 20 de diciembre de 2020, mediante la aprobación de una Ley Constitucional que Regula la Vigencia de los Actos Emanados de la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente, de 18 de diciembre de 2020, estableció que todos sus actos írritos se mantendrían vigentes en el país a pesar del cese de sus funciones, sin poder ser modificados mediante el procedimiento constitucional de formación de las leyes, sino mediante un procedimiento cercano a una reforma constitucional.

This article analyzes how the National Constituent Assembly installed unlawfully in 2017 and dissolved on December 20, 2020, through the approval of a Constitutional Law that Regulates the Validity of ita Acts enacted on December 18, 2020, resolved that its unconstitutional acts would remain in force in the country despite the cessation of their functions, without being able to be modified through the constitutional procedure for the formation of laws, but through a procedure close to a constitutional reform.
